Solid and well-made of an underrated native wood, exhibiting a particularly attractive grain pattern. Overall, this bowl is beautiful in its simplicity. Highly recommended.

When we moved to our smallholding rainwater harvesting had been the plan – a bungalow provides a lot of roof capture compared to a typical house. However, our research quickly taught us two things. First purification of rainwater for potable use is frowned up (or unpopular) because of the increased risk of contamination run off e.g. bird poo. Secondly, we live in a location well served by ground water and this would provide us a better solution than a seasonally dependant rain tank.
Fitting the constant pressure pack system from Grunfos has been more of a trial but (work in progress),
